Steps for using the service

Apply for membership

Apply for membership in the LUOMA MEMBER system
By filling in the information completely as specified in the system (apply at www.luomamember.com) or click on the LINE menu to apply.

Get LMG Customer Code

Once you receive your customer code, please remember that this code will be your code forever. It starts with LMG followed by a number, for example LMG998. After registering, add LINE at @luomagroup and log in to LMG LINE CONNECT to receive notifications via LINE.

Shipping Terms

Goods arrived at warehouse

Goods arrive at warehouse When the warehouse receives the goods, they will be prepared for shipping immediately. However, it may take 1-3 days (in the case of a large number of goods, there may be a need to wait for processing).

Notification of export of goods, tracking number

When the goods are exported The company will notify you of the export of the product along with the Chinese parcel number for each shipment and willInform tracking number For checking the status of the goods, during this time customers can check the status via the company's website (easy trick, when the status says "Customs clearance complete", that means the goods will arrive the next day)

Notify customers via the system

When the goods arrive The company will notify customers via the LUOMA MEMBER and LMG LINE CONNECT systems, and send a statement for payment of shipping costs to Thailand and prepare for delivery the next day, or customers can pick up the products themselves at the branch.

Receiving Goods

Select delivery to Thailand  The company will prepare for forwarding using J&T or Flash services, which will be delivered at noon every day and the shipping bill will be received in the evening-early evening. The company will take a slip and send it to pay the shipping fee for forwarding by KEERY or Thailand Post. You will receive the shipping slip immediately.

For product pick-up at Theparak branch or Nongchok branch
The following steps must be followed: Inform customer code (LMG…..), sign for receiving goods
In case of calling Grab, Lineman, Lalamove, please inform the driver who will pick up the product what code they are picking up the product for.
