• The goods are shipped only after payment has been received.
• The service fee is calculated based on actual weight or volume (the greater value).
• Box volume calculation: Width x Length x Height (cm) / 6,000
• Decimal weights will be rounded up in all cases.
• The company reserves the right to change flights without prior notice.
• For a minimum of 2 kilograms of bird's nests, calculation example: bird's nest weight + crate weight (according to volume, 300 baht per kilogram)
• Bird's nest 2 kilograms + crate size 3 kilograms = 5,000+900 = 5,900 baht to be paid
