3. Calculation method for overweight: actual weight /500KG= billing cubic number
4. Fragile goods are free from breakage. If the goods are broken or lost, the claim must be made on the receipt of the goods, indicating the problem and providing photo proof. The claim will be compensated at twice the freight.
5. Fragile goods must be packed in wooden frames/wooden cases and a fragile letter of guarantee should be provided.
6. If the goods are delivered to our company, the outer package of the goods must have the shipping mark. If there is no shipping mark number, the first warehouse will refuse to receive the goods, and the second warehouse will have confusion and lost the goods, our company will not be responsible.
7. Send only to the downstairs, not upstairs; If the delivery driver is required to send the goods upstairs or into the warehouse, please ask the consignee to negotiate with the driver.
8. If the customer fails to report the value of the goods and is inspected by the customs, the responsibility and expense incurred shall be borne by the consignor.
9. The goods received from the warehouse are only for external packaging inspection. If the outer packing is ok, the inner packing is not responsible. We do not accept any responsibility for fragile goods
10. If goods inside sensitive goods and ordinary goods are mixed, then the whole ticket when sensitive goods charge.
