Terms and Conditions
- The time period for redeeming points for airline ticket redemption is 14 days.
- The travel date before ticket issuance must be more than 14 days in advance.
- Fuel tax is calculated based on the date and time of ticket issuance.
- Do not change the travel date / cancel the trip / change the airline / change the flight destination.
- If you wish to change your travel date, it depends on the rules and regulations of the airline, which may incur additional charges.
- Other services in addition to air tickets are subject to the policies of each airline.
- You can redeem air tickets for up to 3 other people per LUOMA MEMBER only (including the member owner's name).
- If you want to change your name after you have specified it, you must wait 60 days after you have specified your name.
- We reserve the right to change another person's name if the 60-day period has not yet been reached.
- You can inform us of the names of 3 people by sending the names and member codes to [email protected] (with a copy of ID card/certified signature of all 3 names attached).
