How do you collect points?

For point accumulation, if members have a total shipping cost of every 100 baht, the company will immediately add points to the LUOMA POINT system, with 1 point equal to 100 baht.

When members wish to use points to redeem prizes or upgrade their membership level, they can click to notify the use of points on the LUOMA MEMBER system page via the LUOMA POINT service.

For redeeming award tickets, you can follow the routes and airlines that can be redeemed via the company website and Facebook. In redeeming tickets, the company reserves the right when members want to cancel/change travel dates/change routes in accordance with the terms and conditions of the airline. However, in redeeming tickets, members must pay additional fuel taxes.

For the age of accumulated points, if any member has no activity in the system for more than 6 months or 180 days, the points in the system will expire immediately and cannot be used.
For membership levels that the company has set up to give each member a special status in collecting points or receiving more special privileges, but all membership levels are managed equally by the company without regard to which level is higher. All members in the system are equal and the same. There are 10 membership levels in total, with levels 1-9 allowing members to upgrade by using accumulated points. For level 10, the company reserves the right to make it an invitation only level (Invitation Only).
